Even people watching the Fan Fest stream couldn't get it. For NA, they randomly decided to make them available at 1am so they weren't available when announced on the stream, the store crashed so people couldn't get in, and then they were gone in no time when it finally was available again. EU they did announce the time for availability but they sold out just as quick. So don't feel too bad that you weren't here because you may have just ended up like so many of us.

Yeah, that's exactly what went down. Such a shame, I was 3 for 3 on the CE shooting for fourth. Other three times it went smooth, but man, things went a bit south this time around.

I started spamming refresh on the site the moment they said "might want to get it now" or something along those lines. It was at that point the site crashed due to heavy traffic. I know this to be true because I was checking it pretty regularly prior to the live announcement, and things were running just fine. I tried again an hour later on a whim and was able to get in, but when I went to check out I was like, #61,000 and some change in line. Never seen a queue that long. I was one of the lucky ones, but it was a crap show at best. They really should have handled this way better. Never had a problem ordering a CE from them before this one. I get that things are...intense globally but they clearly did not prepare enough for this.
