I'd be willing to bet the people who lost it when someone mentioned a mental disorder are the same people who upvoted this string of pointless personal attacks. Now, let's continue debating which side is more toxic.

Fact still remains that essences are a luxury, not a necessity. People don't pentameld and show up with high level food/pots for normal raids either, even though I'm sure if you actually compared a worst and best case scenario it would be pretty dramatic. Fact is nobody owes you a bunch of extra time spent farming, or extra gil spent on external boosts. There is no "problem" to be part of; just a bunch of people who want to make demands in a DF group, instead of in a PF group like they're supposed to.
