I feel like this is kind of a "meh" reply because I don't think people who wanted male Viera and people who wanted Hairs and Hats for the existing Viera are somehow the exact same group, no one is having cake and eating it too unless they actively campaigned for both. Not that those people don't exist but I mean, it's kind of unreasonable.

For a two year window? Doubtful. Even if it was an issue of their main relevant staff being too busy with that, something as simple as porting over hairs or hats to a slightly different shaped head or making little ear hole variants for hats could easily be outsourced. They clearly just didn't think it was worth the money and effort to do so.

what cake? i never asked for male viera and i play female veira .
just like how many people in the comments keep complaining every time they see a veira/hrothgar related new threads because it dosen't concern them , male veira doesn't concern most of the female veira players so it's unfair if that's truly the reason why we're not getting new hairstyles ..
