You keep talking about how you want a tall handsome race, how you feel forced by the options available to you. Well, pot meet kettle, races with restrictions make other players feel forced to play something else. It doesn’t exactly mean it’s something we ultimately like. Female options beside viera and roe are all anime cute by design. Even highlanders have cutesy emotes. Don’t make assumptions about people. Don’t target groups of people. Make your points without insulting others just because you want something. You think it’s proving your points, but it’s actually doing the opposite.

Male viera don’t belong to you. Lots of players joined together to make the collective voice heard. Of course I’m not personally responsible by myself. It is insulting when you say because I play miqote my preference is small and cute. Not because there is anything wrong with being small and cute, but because you are projecting your prejudices onto me and others by generalizing a specific group of people and acting as if their opinions don’t matter. It’s like telling your your opinion doesn’t matter because you are just a big macho Roe guy. It’s not right. Don’t do it.

I don't think SE were designing male viera to replace male elezen. I think SE were designing male viera to make people who want to play male viera happy. Just like they didn't design female viera to replace female elezen.

They will be tall, just not roe tall. Also, when you say "shorter than female viera they're the same as midlander" reminds me of this image.

Except that YoshiP himself said male Viera would be a male Elezen and male Miqo'te mix. Female Viera ended up occupying the same spot female Elezen occupied.
