If you aren't capable as an individual of learning after the very first offense, then it shows a clear disregard for the rules. Besides, this example you used is seriously melodramatic and not realistic. On the other hand, my point stands if you can't stop infringing on the ToS after your second offense then I really don't know what to say. I've been here since late 2.56, and I have not once been sent to jail.

If someone were truly clever and done their due diligence with the reading then you'd know the privacy policy explicitly states you may request data about you under a subject access request, and this does include ban issues. You'd also know they even conveniently give you an email to contact in order to request this information. Funny enough, if they receive it they're also obligated to handle the request in accordance with your region's law.

Many situations which people ironically bring up seem evident even to a third-party person. Let's take this thread, shall we- "However, I am at liberty to tell you it is due to certain aspects of your party finder." - "Soliciting your events is perfectly fine however, I can only suggest that you keep in mind the age rating of the game when doing so" - Seems pretty clear why they received the warning. Very clear.

I get players to have an issue with how vague some cases can be with GMs, but people seem to ride this narrative far too much, and in many cases no reason other than their own inability to reflect upon their actions in recent history.

So if I had a pet named Cracker, and I said "Crackers f***ing annoying sometimes" and when I am punished for saying that, I assume it was the F word and not the pets name, and say the pets name and get suspended, I am incapable of learning?

Also not everyone is going to take SE to court over a GM saying they said a naughty word.

Not to mention GMs are fine with banning you for stuff you did/said days (weeks maybe?) ago, so saying "figure it out" is pretty disingenuous and reductive. Comb through several days of memory, hundreds if not thousands of messages, dozens of party finders MENTALLY?
