Sorry, you think wrong and it's rather presumptuous of you to assume the voice of others.

Get your classes to 80 so you have the full kit, and then put the effort of hotbar bloat removal, possibly into other classes. Some of them really need some simplification - but DNC is very sparse on the hotbars.
