While it is true that they have released a lot of content, compared to other expansions, the battle content is much lower than the others. My family is calling the current expansion Craftbringers as that feels like the primary focus after 6.0.There’s a tendency to think ‘we used to get x dungeons, now we get y dungeons, less content’.
But they’ve stated many times recently that the latest patch is the biggest ever.
For example if I remember correctly the amount of dungeons were initially dropped when they added eureka maps. So you got one less dungeon but a full map. This is arguably more content. But was it content people wanted, that’s another thing altogether.
Personally I don’t mind only one dungeon. They’re all much of a muchness. Cool to see the first few times but they’re all ran in pretty much the same way, same format, same skills being used, little innovation etc.
I’d much rather see the introduction of unreal dungeons personally. 1 new dungeon and 1 old one retuned and touched up.
