Major changes needed for housing

I mean if they took away the FC aspect I would personally just buy accounts and just transfer them to characters that way. I mean I had 24 wow accounts what is another 8 FFXIV accounts.

If you're willing to maintain multiple accounts just to have multiple houses, that's not a bad thing for SE. That's all the more reason for SE to "encourage" this by restricting housing per account.

Thing is they had the 1 personal and 1 fc restriction in place but they lifted it just did not update the rules. Also does not solve the problem and people would still cry foul.

What exactly did they lift? The personal part or FC part or both? As far as I'm aware, you still can only own 1 house on one world per account.

Forum post count reached. Though I believe it was the FC part that was lifted cause in SB before my break I was unable to own multiple FC plots but after I came back I was able to get multiple FC plots without issue no error message or anything.

Given how quick they fixed the befriending alts if this was not intended then I think it would have been hot fixed since at one point it was not allowed on my server.

It's my understanding the limitation works on some servers but not on others. Dunno if it's the code is so bad for tracking that on some servers and not on others but I don't think they've changed the rules at all. It's more a policy of policing it that is the issue. The one personal per server definitely works.
