    To be fair, while I agree the droprate is too low and people are only really running DR for the relic which will skyrocket the rarity in the future, houses are far too cheap for what they are. Players also have no control over their price either.

    People already circumvent the fixed prices of houses through private sales. And if we add hardly affordable prices to everything that is scarce, the only happy customers will be gold sellers and speculators.
