Don't do that, afflatus misery is a DPS loss if the heal is wasted. (900p from misery vs 1200p from 4 glares), it's also not a gain in AOE (4 holies at 150 potency = 600 per target VS 900+(450x(targets-1)), misery still less). It's a catch up tool at best and optimal WHM play results in it not being used until people take hits 3 times or you get autoattack'd low enough to have to heal. Often resulting in lily charges being used between battles instead so you can open the next fight with a 900p spell.
