While I acknowledge that there's a lot up in the air right now, this is something that we very much do not know, as they have yet to really acknowledge that there are even problems to begin with.

Well AST's base healing kit (ie Sects) have been a balancing problem from its release, and now they're finally dealing with it, so they DID acknowledge a problem and are working to fix it.
