[Suggestion] FFXIV punishment system rework

Not only does the system only kick you out after a solid 10 minutes, more than a third of the average duty length

But u can't initiate any vote before 10 minutes from the start of the duty ~ and majority of people i've met afk from the start. So 10 minutes changes not so much. Anyway it can be adjusted.

, but this also opens up abuse for Frontline.

Then PvP activity can be regulated other way then PvE
