The method I suggest kills one market, and cripples the other. Please explain how one dead and one crippled market are not an improvement as compared to two thriving markets.The method you suggest keeps the gil sellers alive though, so it is definately not an option, the forced wait game is best, because you wont know when the plot is available.... also just report bots at plots, because if they keep clicking at the exact same interval, then that is recorded and a GM can see that interval, assuming having the tools to, and just suspend the account temporarely.
I don't think it should be legal to sell an FC, it is not moral wrong in so many ways in a game that is supposed to be a massive multiplayer online roleplaying game.... and botting can be dealt with.. if spamming same thing for quite a while in an equal interval, just mute the player for spamming that action automaticly for 2 hours.
