I agree! I like the au ra hempen top. I'd love to wear it as a viera.

I completely agree! Viera are stuck with the midlander one that has those ugly undyable leather bits! I'd like miqo'te's, because it can go with a lot of stuff, and I just like the top. Elezen's could be nice for a ninja themed glam too!

Hempen sets have a lot of pieces that could be utilized more if everyone had access. There is no real reason to keep them locked like job gear.

I also like the Highlander gear, I think the top could be paired with a set of baggy bottoms for a nice rogue/ninja glam.

I make do with the current hempen gear but I didn't do my research before I switched to viera and was quite disappointed. :/ All of the hempen gear should equally be available to all races, it's such an arbitrary restriction that makes no sense. The job gear being restricted makes sense especially for the class gear boxes, they've each got their own meanings.

It is. At this point in the game's lifespan they should be unlocked. I can see the argument against job gear, like that would probably be pretty cumbersome. A select few sets, sure yeah, but all of them? That might be a bit much. Like sure, unlike hempen sets, they would just need to make replica variants, since the pieces are already fit to each race, but like... that would be... a lot.. of replica sets.

If, and big IF, they ever did that, I'd think they would probably make it a mogstation thing. (psst, squeenix, I'd buy ;P ) But I doubt they'd allow them to be obtainable in world because that would probably be chaos.

No way! I definitely wouldn't want anything like that in the mogstation. Admittedly, I'm not too invested in job gear, I'd say I'm neutral on that subject. I'll focus on one thing at a time, and that's hempen. They do already occasionally make replica variants, like that Sky Pirate gear. I think it would be better for people to focus on a few sets at a time, the most desirable, than for people to ask SE for everything at once. Maybe they will fix their menus and make the whole process easier.

Makes sense, and I understand the need to focus on one thing at a time. Something I'm noticing the longer I read these threads is that you can't give the devs too much to focus on otherwise they'll say it can't be done. Kinda like cats in that you love em and they love you but the moment you tap them the wrong way they nope tf out of the entire situation.
