Other translation didnt spesifically said German/French player, they said its for EU timezone. maybe you could check on it.

Yeah, I've seen it in the French announcement. It doesn't really help though, since
a) most English speaking EU players won't know about it, and
b) I'd end up on a server with mostly german/french players anyway.

The English 'translation' is really misleading, I'll present to you the exact words of YoshiP in Japanese which says literally EU sphere, and nothing about French or Germans specifically,

EU圏（といっても非常に多くの国と地域があります）の方々が、
できるだけ、同じタイムゾーンでプレイできるように

So that the players of the Eu Sphere ( Yet, it has an extremely large number of countries and regions) can play in the same time zone as much as possible


So yeah, I'd say that he intended for server 10 to be recommended for all EU players, including English speakers, considering the text in brackets that specifically refers to many countries.

Very liberal translation the English mods use then. A French+German server never really did make much sense. I wonder what made them write that, when even the French and German forums said "EU" and not FR/GER. Yoshi isn't even mentioning anything that can be related to "French" or "German" in that paragraph.

This came about because the original post on the Lodestone said French and German players. Haven't looked to see if they corrected this since the originalost.
