This just reminds me of the fun conversations on the healer forums the past two expansions, where Healers were taking the information we had been given and calling foul on how mediocre to bad the skills were (Original Lilies were slammed so hard the forum mods had to combine the topics) but the Devs didn't actually change it. I don't suspect beta testing job changes would actually change anything with them.
LOL, well Tank and Healer need an entire symposium to address the hot mess SE turned it into. Beta would have address the issues that came during 5.0 and was "fixed" in 5.1
