What are the largest issues plaguing XIV currently?

Honestly I'd be ok with a button reduction. I dont want 8 abilities, but i feel like 16-20 would be a good amount. the 30 plus we have is a bit much imo, especially since many do the same thing.

Fewer more unique abilities would be ideal.

I dont really care about stats on gear unique traits on gear, i find those more of an annoyance than anything really.

there are jobs with less buttons there are jobs with more buttons, it shouldnt be 16/20 buttons for all.

If you just want buttons for the sake of having buttons thats dumb.
