Rework of unsynced system an mentor system

This and your original post make a huge incorrect assumption. That mentors are bad (or a significant portion of them are). It\\'s an age-old urban legend born from survivor bias and actually has no real-life correlation. At least none that anyone has been able to demonstrate.

I\\'m not one for just tossing out stories of bad mentors but its currently 4/4 on bad mentors when doing synced trials with my beginner fc members..

The trials weren\\'t even hard ones..

Ifirit, Titan, Ultma an Thorden.

All 4 had mentors who either left saying it was impossible or afked the entire fight because we wouldn\\'t kick them.

All 3 of the fights were cleared shortly after they gave up.

It dosnt set a good example for the new players.. it dosnt help show that there are many good mentors when they all leave and I stay explain the fight from doing the mechincs..

All these mentors saying that they can\\'t remember every fight.. well you don\\'t have to.. pull the dam boss.. see what the attacks do and then push further thr next pull..

If you dont have time for that don\\'t be in mentor roulette and don\\'t wear the crown.

I'm not going to claim knowledge of your datacenter, but 4 of 4 is anecdotal at best.
