They said sure we can replace them just do this and its a lie I will have my bank fight the charge then if they are not going to replace it. I have fairly good proof of the chat logs that they said they would replace it if I did what they said. So i am sure my bank will just yank the funds back


Your bank will quite likely do that if you ask them. If that happens you can be sure SE will ban your account permanently - they really don't like when people do charge backs of any sort.that is fine. since they lied to me via their support. Yeah. that is fine. If they want to ban the account. They will lose on a large chunk of money monthly with how much I pay for retainers and such. The biggest thing pissing me off right now is the fact that they lied about it. They set up a false expectation and didnt fess up about it.
if they would have said from the getgo there was nothing they could do and that i have to be careful instead of giving me a fake avenue I wouldnt be annoyed. I want to understand why the support lied and said it would get fixed If there was no chance of it. That is what I want to know. Cause that is just some shitty support there and needs to be fixed.

My bank is pretty chill. They gave me the money and let SE keep the charge. So in a sense my bank just gave me the money back and didnt cancel or charge back SE. So now my biggest concern is why they lied during their support. I am not mad about them not being able to transfer the items. I am just mad that a false expectation was placed by the support. They told me to do something that was wrong and in a way invalidated because the items were picked up on my alt following their directions.
Go ahead and close out ticket since the issue wont be addressed. I got it taken care of from my end.
GMs in game have responded and apologized for the miscommunication.
GM Sonnokoth was really awesome and understanding. He seems to have looked over the notes of the support ticket from the chat and said that the communication was not passed out correctly to them and that they will be moving the items over.
So I am really greatful that they are doing this. I have already re-purchased two of the 3 items and they are going to transfer one of the items over to me. which is the Megaflare emote.

Most game companies when banks deny the purchase and do the charge back, ban the account.
During the purchase, in SE case, you select character, world... there is the other screen to confirm the character and item purchased. So in terms, it's a mistake from your side, not theirs.
It would be a kindness o'em to move data from one character to another or in future, allow a system to share itens from a character to another from the same account to avoid this kind of situation.
