Well, if you want to keep your account... I would caring say, do not do that.that is fine. since they lied to me via their support. I asked them exactly what needed to be done. They said sure we can replace them just do this and its a lie I will have my bank fight the charge then if they are not going to replace it. I have fairly good proof of the chat logs that they said they would replace it if I did what they said. So i am sure my bank will just yank the funds back
Most game companies when banks deny the purchase and do the charge back, ban the account.
During the purchase, in SE case, you select character, world... there is the other screen to confirm the character and item purchased. So in terms, it's a mistake from your side, not theirs.
It would be a kindness o'em to move data from one character to another or in future, allow a system to share itens from a character to another from the same account to avoid this kind of situation.
