It occurred to me that the whole Chemist quest in the MSQ was as much as a nod to a job that they can't add as everything in the dungeon. They're basically showing us why Chemist can't exist as a job, you have to go harvest everything you need to make potions all the time; with items scattered all over the place. They're basically telling us "this is why Chemist can't be a WoM job," and is instead a profession where you stay at an infirmary healing people there.
