There are mechanics and tasks that you can really adapt to. But, tell me, please, how do you suggest players with sick hands get around QTE? People tell you directly "It physically hurts us to do this," you answer "Find a way." What? Why should trials in the game cause real pain?
I also want to note that here we are talking only about QTE, and not about simplifying game mechanics in general. This is not a smart and uninteresting task. It does not say anything about the cohesion of the party, does not throw any challenge.
