All they need to do is add a guildhest where you fight a cyclops with AoE indicator. And you need to clear this guildhest to queue for Aurum Vale.

True, guildhests should have been the tutorials to group content. Sadly, the battle content team have all but abandoned guildhests (due to lack of player interest).
