It isn't the androgynous bit that makes people say that, this is a long thread with a lot of replies that's seen it all by now. There have definitely been some very suspect things people have been asking for, so when you combine all the traits we've seen asked for a million times before to justify why male Viera are somehow bishōnen the red flags come up for many.

As someone who survived CSA Pedophiles will use anything. Literally anything. You should be concerned about pedophiles in most things because they are there and they know how to act normal. An androgynous adult will not bring them because they are already here and already using what the game has for whatever they want. Ive seen enough art to know what, not even roe are safe.

Also Ive said nothing about lalafel. I do know you cant post lewd art on them about discord though, so if you want to do that take it up with them, though I am going to look at you suspect now, cause that can also be seen as a red flag.
