I’d like them being more in line with male Miqo’te. We have Au’ra, Roegadyn, Hrothgar, and Highlander all for more buff males, something cute/pretty for them fits.

I'd be willing to bet that they'd use male Au Ra's general form, but with some alterations. If males are vastly different from females then it must be quite a transformation. Still though, male elezen (again with some alterations) with rabbit ears are just as likely, at least in my opinion.
