    How would sealing targets work in 14?
    For enfeebling I assume you want something more than a token addle/reprisal/whatever, but would that really be useful?

    or a support dps either or

    and sealing can be used to inturpet so you could seal away "cure" or a physical attack for a short bit so basicly it would "break the single ability" not the entire bar of it so if I seal away Cure 2 they can still cast cure just not cure 2

    or it could work by locking the ability and changing what it does to its targets so cureing on a target when you sealed cure hurts them while sealng fire heals ur group
