But if they had had a tomestone vendor in both cities, that would split the players between which town they hang out in, making it less taxing to have so many players in one place at the same time.
But the issue there is if both places had tomestone vendors then people would still head for the Crystarium because it still has all the amenities of a city plus tomestones, while Eulmore only really has tomestones.
