Which is good. There are more casual players than hardcore here, as with most MMO's.

You don't need to be hardcore player to push 1/2/3 and farming mobs, while enjoying nice looking location and talking with friends.
Casual in this game is someone, who reads the story and sits in Limsa for few weeks and unsubs until next patch.

As long as its not glorified fate farming like Eureka was and instead something a little more creative and fun, I am totally cool with it.

I am not getting my hopes up though....

If only there were daily quests you could do in eureka like kill X number of X element mobs or travel to X location and try to gather X item while avoiding or defeating X mob(s) that appear, one can dream.

Am I casual for unsubbing from the game because there's nothing to do after you complete the MSQs and complete the entirety of the patch's content, which can usually be done in a whopping 7 days, and resubbing when the next major patch rolls around with its 7 day content?

More like victim of content that not relevant after 2 weeks. But there is a lot of people who dont do the content game gives to them, just because its PVE and you need to do something more than read.

Speaking about content getting irrelevant, could please elaborate us on how latest ultimate is still being done by handful of players? lol
I choose eureka over everything else, world content with ton of people and FC is better than repeatable trials/raids.
