regarding the maximum cap, it's just like we discussed earlier, it contradicts with two earlier findings.
1. No hate decay over time.
2. If hate is equal, first person will hold the mob.

based on the above two statement, if there is indeed a hate cap and hate does not decay over time, mob should never turn to the person catching up during the test.

this only indicates there is another unknown mechanism in play that the tester is unaware of.
