Considering these are only fragmented version of the original powers, one can only imagine the potential it may have once complete and have aboslute powers to not only see the past of other people through direct experience as the person or only spectate it from 3rd person but to see absolute or potential futures as well.

Given the fate of the Ancients, as well as the actions of the Ascians themselves, it is highly unlikely that their "complete Echo" can see the future, at least to any useful degree.
