There's a lot of mention in this thread about Copied Factory and as someone who has multiple characters and classes to gear up, I can tell you that it's pretty faceroll right now. Wanna know the reason? We know the mechs. We know how to respond to them. Even now fights aren't lasting as long so we're not seeing repeats of some things. Like I only see the flamethrowers on Hobbes maybe once a fight now. I could see that up to three times when it launched. And fights barely get to the point where the mechs start to stack. We aren't getting hit. We aren't getting vuln ups. Or we might survive a bit better because we've upped our ilevel. We are already skipping things that we were experiencing before and nothing about the raid has changed. We've changed. This is just the nature of the game.

If people want to experience the mechanics in CT and other raids, PF exists where a minimum ilevel sync can be put together. There's zero reason to implement this in the roulette because experienced players would still affect the curve the same way they already are in Copied Factory. And new people could get frustrated if vets yell at them for mistakes instead of just laughing it off, raising them, and patting them on the head like we do now.

I was in a Orbonne run yesterday where we carried Alliance B the entire time. When Orbonne first came out, the insults and accusations would have been flying in alliance chat. Instead, *they* were making jokes and we were lightly ribbing them and it was a fun, positive experience. Dunno about others in this thread, but that's how I have fun in Alliance Roulette. I'm glad that we have the opportunity to remain chill and good-humored instead of stressed and sniping.
