This could also apply to Castrum Meridianum and The Praetorium.
Considering the max ilevels at release the Alliance raids need the following ilevel syncs:
  • LotA - i90*
  • ST - i110*
  • WoD - i130*
  • Void Ark - i210
  • Weeping City - i240
  • Dun Scaith - i270
  • Rabanastre - i340
  • Ridoranna Lighthouse - i370
  • Orbonne Monastery - i400
  • Copied Factory -i470
*These Raids are always going to be a bit easier than intended due to the dps increase from switching the role ratio from 8:8:12 to 4:8:16.

I'm not arguing completely against buffing them. Only against buffing them without increasing the tome rewards.
There is no real reason to do so. The current rewards (100 Poetics, 100 Phantasmagoria, 50 Allegory) are very appropriate for the rough amount of time it takes to complete Dun Scaith and the newly nerfed Orbonne. The roulette is one of the most rewarding for a Level 80 along with Expert and Main Scenario. The problem completely stems from LotA and ST taking about 15 minutes to complete currently (as of a few minutes ago I cleared ST in that time). No other piece of non-endgame content gives out so much for so little time taken.
