If you are being harassed or abused by crafters, then by all means report them. If you are not being harassed crafters, then I don't recommend it but I can't stop you. It is your right to report crafters for crafting but you will have to take responsibility for your actions.

See how silly it is now? Holy doesn't spam. You can lower your battle effects for "others" to just simple setting and not even see the Holy graphics.

If they want to ban their own NPC materia vendors, that's fine by me. Materia as a mechanic has been a huge waste of time, I won't shed a tear of all the vendors disappear.
