I'm glad as a new player and with how insane the community and GM's are in this game i decided when i first started playing to just treat this game as a single player game. I never talk to anyone other then to say "hi" or "thanks" and only in dungeons. I'll just keep my head down and focus on the story and pretend none of you crazy people are around me.

ban might have been excessive but I am tired of people spamming these abilities just for the sake of annoying people, sure I could go into my settings but I shouldn't have to. If people are trying to disrupt other's gameplay and just purposely trying to annoy others, that is harassment. So maybe this ban was well deserved, it will deter others from doing it.

Easy fix, put a debuff on everybody in a city or other sanctuary which blocks DOW/DOM spells and abilities. DOH would be offer out if that so they could still craft.

Also, this holy spam thing. 100% the person talking about getting banned for it is not giving the full picture. He already had one strike against his account for god knows what. And he didn't even try to dispute the ban.
I guarantee you there's something shady in there. They were probably annoying another player on purpose or something along those lines. I've been a GM for other platforms, I can assure you everytime someone posts about a borderline ban they always omit the actual details of what happened.
