    Continued forum presents, if the Devs don't see anything, they don't know of anything from the community.
    With what was said in the picture, it's reason to ban any repeat use of any skills with no exceptions. Someone could decide they don't like a player in a instance and use this to abuse the system to get them temporary banned, aka suspended.

    Or they look at this thread and be like "hah, it doesn't tell the full story and they've spent nearly 30 pages arguing about something they don't know all of the facts about."
