From what I read (unless I missed something) the GM never confirmed anywhere in that conversation that it was holy that he was talking about. All he said was "you spammed and ability" and before that he even said he couldn't disclose specific details about the incident. The offender proceeded to assume it was because of holy and stuck by that as that being the reason. Im willing to bet he was banned for using an ability that came with a macro or something that filled the chat log as that is supported by the fact that the GM himself said he was flooding the chat. The holy incident was probably something else entirely that the GM wasn't even aware of until he mentioned it. He probably screenshotted this whole thing under the assumption that the holy spamming he did that day was the offense that led to this when it was something else entirely that the GM was talking about in the first place. Yeah The GM didn't deny that it was holy, but he also never said IT WAS holy .As he first stated he couldn't go into detail about it so I think he just allowed the player to continue to assume it was.

thats another thing that is bs about the Tos if they are going to ban someone they better write out atleast 270 words explaination with details of what was the issue really you want someone to follow a rule then tell them what one they are being accussed of and for what reasons... you can do this without given names or details of the pathic snitchs name.

More so when they write the Tos so Open-ended that you can get reported for anything if anyone crys over it they can get you with it and then the ........ basicly say please read the tos... and then its like I read the damn tos it never states anything wrong with X
