So you decide what is permitted to be considered harassment? That's pretty narrow minded. Using the ignore function, every person gets to decide for themselves what they consider to be the expression they want to hear. But when it comes to visuals, you've decided 'nope, there's no such thing as visual harassment, so it's all fine'.

It's pretty clear from this thread that there are people that consider glams to be akin to harassment, and I can all but guarantee people have different opinions on what is harassment and worthy of being /ignored for in chat. Frankly I find it childish that there's even profanity filters in games still, but I don't care if other people want to use them- because ultimately it's their choice what they see, and unlike some people I can respect other people's choices.

I mean, it's really not harassment though if someone doesn't like another's outfit. That's like saying "those apples are harassing me because they're here!" in the fruit section of a grocery store. Any person with a good head on their shoulders wouldn't be "harassed" by an in game outfit. Or apples.

It's not really harassment if someone doesn't like the words you're saying or your opinion on something, but you can still ignore someone for it.

If you dress like an apple, I can't ignore that in game.

If you say 'I like apples' guess what, I can ignore you.

Doesn't matter if it's harassment or not, the choice is still mine. And perhaps it's petty for me to ignore someone because they say they like apples, or because they dress like an apple.

But it's not half as petty as saying I shouldn't have the ability to choose to ignore that if I want to when it would have literally no effect on the person that dresses like an apple.

So your choice is to potentially give no one else a choice. Got it.
