Plenty of immersion breaking mounts that can fly but shouldnt be able to, toggle for that?

Where would it end and if your thinking "well do this one thing then just say no to the rest" then that would be kinda unfair would it not?

Im not saying thats what would actually happen and i dont really care about this request since it wont affect me. Im merely curious about the consequences should SE agree to add this.
I would be happy for them to go as far as making a character invisible to me if I blacklisted them.

But really, in terms of what the OP brought up, if such an appearance blocking feature just "greyed" out the blocked person, their mount and their minions, it could do all that wholesale anyway and perhaps with selective control over how far to go.

As an aside, they do factor in how people receive certain glamours when designing them, which came up when Yoshi P was explaining the considerations they have in mind when deciding whether to remove certain gender locks; the upshot of that is that these issues become less controversial if you can simply hide appearances you don't like.
