Child-like characters?

I'm with SE on this, there's no reason to include child player characters. Also, ya'll arguing preteen Ryne "looks older" or are shipping her with Thancred are being really creepy. I hope you don't have the same energy about actual preteens that you deem look "old enough".

I never really got the Thancred/Minifila shippers before when Thancred was more of a father figure to her, but I could at least sorta see it. With Ryne I'm utterly baffled that anyone would read anything romantic into that or want them to get together.

I'm writing a fanfiction where I ship Ryne with Thancred. Because of the time dilation between our home world and the world we are visiting, Thancred and the Scions manage to get back to their real bodies and return to the fight against the Garleans. It has only been months for the Scions while Ryne has spent a decade researching a way to safely transport her body to our world. Upon traveling to our world and getting lost, leads her on a journey of self discovery and Ryne realizes that what she's feeling towards Thancred isn't simple familial love, but something much deeper.

Will this one sided love ever be returned? Will Ryne ever muster up the courage to tell Thancred she loves him when she finally finds the Scions? If Thancred does return Rynes love, will he hate himself for "betraying" Minfilia his last lover?
