I blame anime culture for it and i am honestly sick of it, i like Anime but i hate certain cliches like this with passion.

I'm not sure why, but my brain parses this as a young adult rather than the child. I know the head to body ratio does not match that of a human adult, but I guess the features are just too refined for me to see a child here.

I agree. It reads as "chibi elf", not "young child".

Lalafells just look like they've come from a game with a different art style to everything else.

Honestly, this is why I feel like the "ethics issue" is bs. I could see them easily just writing in the race "they appear young forever" or something.

Still hoping the male Viera (if that ever happens) at least allows us to make guys that look naturally effeminate and not like pretty boys. No offense to those going for that look.
