Yeah, we are definitely not getting an improved customization ever. Yoshida and the dev team just don’t express much interest in doing that unfortunately. So, whenever a new mmo is announced, (likely 2025 if I had to guess) we just have to hope they learn from their mistakes on XIV.
I'm not too excited about another FF MMO. It'll probably just be Fortnite 2 with a FF skin.
