There are, for sure. When FF XIV first relaunched CC wasn't too bad, but it is starting to show its age at this point.

This game's CC was always bad and outdated. Hell, the only reason I'm happy we got Viera as they are is because they're the only race that can look like actual black women.
The only hope we have for a better CC is a new MMO as far as I can see.
