    I don't know, if you meet the requirements to enter all duties you've unlocked for a given roulette, but then can't queue for the roulette itself because you meet the requirements for a duty that you can't unlock and might not even know about, that would feel like an arbitrary restriction. Sure it's all defined by a set of rules, but it's potentially confusing and very likely frustrating. As much as the current alliance roulette situation bothers me I'd rather SE do nothing instead of changing things in such a way to create new problems.

    The lock wouldn't be in the duty, but in the roulette, which would tell you in plain, red letters what requirements you are missing. Roulettes can have separate requirements than the duties that are contained in the roulette.
