Incentivize More People to Queue for Leveling Dungeons

As the title of this thread says please consider adding a bigger boon for partying with people in leveling dungeons. Something I've noticed when playing as a tank or healer this expansion is that leveling dungeons (especially shadowbringer ones) are taking longer to queue (10-15 minutes). I have a feeling this is because trusts are just so darn enticing. So what I propose is perhaps giving us more experience (30% more?) and tomestones when queuing with real people instead of Trust.

For me the issue is mainly level sync. Losing skills just makes the roulette dull. If SE could come up with an alternative sync that would preserve skills, I'd use the roulette more. I still haven't used trusts, I like having player parties.

The Tank/Healer queues never really seemed to be much of an issue, at least for me so it could just be the time of day or data center specific.

That said I'd be all over it if they boost the Player In Need thing even more. As I now like to tank my random roulette's thats basically just free gil at this point.

As a tank the more annoying thing about the leveling queue is losing abilities. In the pull pull pull world of the expert queue where the healers are basically pulling mobs if the tank is slow the change in pace is too much for a lot of people.

I do find that people in the leveling queue are far more civil and let the tank do their job. The rewards are also extremely meh compared to the Expert queue. One Grand cosmo run not only gets me all the daily rewards but normally multiple 7+ materias that sell for 10k easily.

Meanwhile the main draw of the leveling queue is the experience but if you are max level then the gil reward is supposed to be attractive but it really is not.

Treat your groups better. If I run Trust, it isn't for the rewards or efficiency. It's already far slower than a real group. You can throw whatever exp, tomes, materia that you like at leveling dungeons, but I'll likely avoid it because a Trust will never tell you to kill yourself, tell you to uninstall, kick you to bring a friend in, complain you pull too fast, pull too slow, pull for you, refuse to play properly, threaten to report you for advice, refuse to dps as healer, refuse to heal as healer, leave tank stance off and so on.

The incentive is there to run dungeons. Other players are the disincentive.

Trusts get more appealing the more I party up with randoms. More often than not, I get a dysfunctional party that only cares about speeding through content, even if we have a first timer in the group. No talk about mechanics to watch out for, nobody who is rusty or unsure speaking up. Just tanks sprinting ahead and initiating fights while others are in a cutscene and party members eating aoes while leaving the healer to work double and burn their mp on raising the party.

I could just be having obscenely terrible luck, though.

What type of parties are you getting because I've never had this type of toxicity except for a few instances like deep dungeons which take a long time and some people lose their cool after a wipe but it's still rare.

You probably had super bad luck or are exacerbating a bit. Even in 24 man content i've never had anyone tell me to go kill myself.

I like to use my Squadron once I unlocked it. I can take my time, map it out, kill all the mobs and get all the treasures ... and not have 3 other random people breathing down my neck to "hurry up" and just speed run through everything.

Personally ill take leveling roulette over trusts any day of the week.
Sure you have the queue factor but i can do other things during that time and even the worst of dps (including ice mages) will do more dps than the trusts. And atleast you get some small marginal hope with duty finder that you will get dps that aoe unlike the trusts who's design system is so limited that they can only single target mobs.

I'd rather do roulettes over trusts, but I feel little incentive to do either when I can cap my weekly tomes without it. Five days of Expert is all that takes. Give me a good reason to do Leveling, and I'll be there, but right now I don't see it.
