On the subject of Dragoon. I'll reiterate what I said in another thread. They were buffed for a single reason: SE doesn't want to nerf Monk.

The adjustments to both Samurai and Ninja likely took this into effect, thus Dragoon would be lagging behind in the melee category if it weren't pushed up slightly.
