    That would fall under "willful ignorance that SE cannot fix". People who use jump potions are expected to have taken some initiative to not be totally clueless.

    while i never said SE can/should "fix" this, brand new people just joining the game and using a jump potion are often over whelmed with information. it wouldnt be unheard of if they had missed it and not willful ignorance. if they refuse to learn, then yes.
