I don't know what country you're from, but in Europe, men don't usually have that physiognomy in general. They look like rickety teenagers, for God's sake.

They don't look like teenagers and I say it as somebody from European region. More than this, one of Miqo'te face is definitely in at least 30s-40s age gape if not older, two are in 20-30 and one is somewhere in 15-20.
The last one can be described as teenager, others - not. Same goes for every race in the game btw, unless you play Roe/Hroth/Highlander, they all look at least in 30s.
Also, I know plenty of Europeans that have nearly Miqo'te bodyshape except maybe height. They are more athletic than Midlanders, just for info. The fact that guy is a bit shorter than average and looks just toned without being bulky and doesn't have face of an old guy who experienced all pain in the world doesn't make him a teenager.
