So you want to bring back something in the vein of the cross class system?

Nice idea but no thank you.

Your actions will change based on the role your matched in, and not every job will be considered a hybrid. For example Black Mage or White Mage are purist.

Here is a small tidbit of how the system can alter skills for RDM:

Default and if matched as DPS: Scatter = Scatter
If matched as Healer: Scatter = Vermedica

These skills aren't settable but they appear in your skill list similar to how you cannot set certain skills.
