Ranged DPS role is about to be excluded from all content

If you want range dps to do exact same dmg as the blm or melee dps then your job has to get same casting times or positionals.
In sb we had a thread where people complained for melee dps being in deep S, since they were more diffuclt to play and not performing considerably better. SE changed that in shb and its in a good spot right now.
There are some changes coming but i doubt these will make range dps doing the same amount of dps as melee. Deal with it, its not going to happen, and why should it if your job is a lot less vulneruable to the mistakes, get real.
