You can't get banned if you don't specifically mention the parser.

The rotation of all DPS classes is honestly cyclical enough that I could tell if someone is doing it properly or not just by watching them for two minutes or so, though.

In the case of healers poor DPS is usually due to them overhealing and/or not following the "always be casting" rule.
